This photograph shows the three peaks of Olomana in Hawaii, sharp, rugged, and covered in deep green forest. During a brief four-day stay, I hiked through this range and discovered a completely different face of Hawaii. Most people picture the islands as beaches, white sand, and gentle waves, yet the mountains hold a beauty just as striking.
The ridges rise steeply from the landscape, shaped by wind, rain, and volcanic history. Standing here, surrounded by endless layers of green, it’s easy to feel how wild and vast the islands truly are. This image captures that unexpected side of Hawaii, not the coastline, but the mountains – majestic, raw, and unforgettable.

If you plan to use a frame without a mat, we recommend choosing the white-border version. The added space creates a clean, minimalist presentation that enhances the artwork, draws attention to finer details, and delivers a refined, gallery-quality look with a balanced visual composition.
If you are using a frame with a built-in mat, the borderless version is the better choice, allowing the artwork to pair naturally with the mat and maintain proper proportions.
